Dubai has thousands of brokerages. Some employ hundreds of agents. When I brought TRPE — The Real Property Experts — to Dubai in 2022, people asked why the market needed another one. It didn't. It needed a different one.
The standard model here is volume: hire as many agents as possible, buy portal leads in bulk, hand the same lead to whoever grabs it first, and accept that most agents churn out within a year. The client feels it — six calls from six agents about the same listing, none of whom will remember them next month.
I spent fifteen years in London before Dubai, in a market where your reputation follows you street by street. You cannot operate on churn in Marylebone. That's the discipline I brought here.
How we actually work
- Off-plan and secondary, done properly. We cover both sides of the market across Dubai's major communities. Off-plan buyers get honest advice on developers and payment plans — including when the answer is "don't buy this one." Secondary clients get real pricing based on data, not on what wins the instruction.
- Our own demand. Most brokerages rent their leads from portals. Ours come through Offplans.com, our own off-plan platform, and through Aria — our AI concierge on WhatsApp that answers, qualifies and books around the clock. By the time an agent picks up an enquiry, we know the budget, the timeline and the intent.
- A small team, on purpose. Fewer agents, better ones, each deep in their communities. Every client can reach me personally — my WhatsApp is on this website. That's not a gimmick; it's quality control.
- Two markets, one firm. TRPE operates in London as well as Dubai. Gulf investors buying in London, London money buying in Dubai — we handle both ends in-house, which most brokerages in either city simply cannot do.
What this means for clients
If you're buying, you get one agent who knows the community, backed by data from a platform built specifically for this market. If you're selling or renting out, you get honest pricing and marketing that reaches international buyers through both desks.

I'm always open to a conversation with experienced agents. Not a recruitment drive — a conversation. Qualified leads instead of shared portal scraps, a commission structure that rewards closers, and direct access to a founder who has done this for twenty years.
