Everything I've built traces back to London. I started on a brokerage floor there in 2006, ran my own consultancy in Marylebone from 2012, and learned the market the only way it can be learned — one deal, one street, one difficult negotiation at a time. The full story is here.
TRPE London — The Real Property Experts — is what that experience became: a premium property consultancy covering sales, lettings and investment advisory in prime and central London.
What "consultancy" actually means
- Advice before transactions. Some of our most valuable conversations end with "don't buy this" or "don't sell yet." A brokerage that only earns when you transact will always push you to transact. We play the long game — most of our business is repeat and referral, and that only works if the advice is honest.
- Prime and central London focus. We don't cover everywhere. We cover the parts of London we genuinely know — the streets where I've been doing deals since 2006. Depth beats coverage.
- Sales, lettings and investment under one roof. An investor buying a rental needs the purchase, the letting and the ongoing numbers to make sense together. We handle the whole picture instead of passing you between three firms.

I've worked with Gulf investors since my Marylebone years — it was the backbone of my first consultancy. Today that flow runs through our own offices at both ends.
